Return Policy
Most of our products are virtual and digital by nature. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at nordslm2@gmail.com with the product details and the issue.
Once we receive the returned item, we will fully inspect it and notify you by email or WhatsApp within a reasonable time whether you are eligible for a refund or a replacement due to the defect. If you are eligible for a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original payment method.
We offer free 24-hour trial samples for IPTV subscriptions only, so our valued customers can test and choose the subscription that suits them.
Digital products that have already been used are not eligible for a refund. You may cancel your subscription only within 48 hours from the time you were charged. In that case, you will receive a refund of the fees paid during those 48 hours, provided that the subscription is confirmed as unused. Except as stated above, any fees you pay to unlock a paid product license are non-refundable after 48 hours or more from the time you were charged.
